I’m a 21-year-old from Seattle, WA studying Environmental Science at Brown University. I’ve been obsessed with cooking my whole life, but started Burns Bites when I was 16 to share my interest of the science behind food. As my studies and hobbies have evolved, I’ve expanded content to include recipes, biochemical articles about food, environmentally sustainable cooking concepts, book recommendations, and an instagram account (@burnsbites).
